2026 Special Events at the Summer Market
Jamestown Farmers Market is setting dates for special events for this year’s summer season! You can always learn more about what’s coming up on our Events page, but we wanted to highlight some of these opportunities.
Saturday, July 11: JFM ArtFest
We're celebrating the second year of our art-focused market event, highlighting the creativity and talent of our local artists! Enjoy pottery, paintings, prints, and more! Join in a sketch group with the Chautauqua Art Gallery and featured Market art. Hours are extended until 3 p.m.
Saturday, July 25: Kids Week
Sponsored by CCS (Collaborative Children's Solutions), come and enjoy a family focus market with a petting zoo, kids DJ, bounce house and more! Enjoy hands on kids cooking demos, and market bingo activity. This themed market is part of the Christmas in July celebration in south Chautauqua County.
Saturday, August 15: JFM 5K Run/Walk
You asked, we listened: the JFM 5K moves a little bit earlier in the morning for 2026 with an 8:30 a.m. start time on Saturday, August 15. Run your race through downtown Jamestown, and then reward yourself with a treat at the Farmers Market opening at 9! Registration is open now, with early bird pricing available through May 31. Student and senior discounts available. This race is also part of Chautauqua Striders 2026 Runner of the Year Series!
